I went back and re-read what you said and I read it totally differently last time.

Yes, a congressman (or woman) can move around the country and even to Baja while we occupy it without losing their status.

Anytime you try to leave the Country the game will ask you to quit your job, resign your party, and resign any office you hold before you can do so.

Check out the flea market section of the forum for homes. As for products, maybe business resources? It's probably best to use the market for the best deal, although if you're looking for an agreement with a company, say RM's for a Manufacturing company, business resources would be the best place to go I suppose.
