There are lots of ways to connect to IRC, either using a webpage or a client such as mIRC.
Mibbet is easy to use, just
open Mibbet.com enter your nickname and then hit connect. The link is setup to take you to #eus-interior
Downloaded clients have more features, but take a bit more work setting up. Here is how to connect with mIRC.

http://www.mirc.co.uk/get.htmlAfter installing it and starting it up, you'll get the following window.
Fill out all the info.
Before you click on Connect, click on the Servers link.
Find Rizon on the list, double-click and choose Random server. From there click on the Select button, and then the OK button at the bottom.
Find the Connect button which will connect you to the server.
After connecting to the server, a list of channels will pop up. I suggest you click on the first one, hold SHIFT and scroll all the way down, and then press DELETE. These channels are useless to you on this server.
You'll have this blank window afterward. Click on the Add button.
In the pic #erepublik.hr is displayed, which is the Croatian public channel. In the same manner, just type #usa-chat in that field and click on the Add button below. Then click on OK.
Now you'll see the channel you just added in your favorites list. That is the American public channel. Click on it and then click on the Join button.
From there, just ask for further assistance in the channel.
