PTO?

Could some one explain to me what they are. Does it stand for political take over? Whether I'm correct or not could someone explain what they are and how the government goes about doing them.

Yes, it stands for Political Takeover.

To be the "attacking" PTO group one has to acquire citizenship. This is best done around congressional election time (since Congress controls money and the President's existence via impeachment) and is often done to countries which have been restored on the map right before Congressional elections but after Party President (this means the entire nation is empty and all you have to do is just move there to get citizenship).

To be the "defending" PTO group, you do the same except vote against the "attacking" candidates. The United States Air Force (USAF) is the USA's military branch which combats PTO's abroad.
