I'm new and I have a few questions

I'm experience level 4, and I work and train every day, but what else can I do to level up faster?
With the raised cost of MPP's (how are they the same/different as alliances) won't PEACE have to break up because the smaller countries in PEACE can't afford having that many alliances? And also my wellness is at 39, how do I get it to go up? It only seems to go down when I work and train.

Welcome to the game. I thought I'd give you a couple helpful links, and maybe a little advice.
First, we're in a war, as you've probably guessed. It's a real advantage to be in Florida. I started in PA too, but Florida is the only US state with a Q5 hospital. That's important. Need a free moving ticket?

It's a militia for people just starting out, once you hit level 5. You work for essentially minimum wage, but get half your production of Q1 weapons (which cost ~7 USD each). They drastically can increase your damage once you start fighting.

As for your specific questions:

Peace:  due to the new MPP rule we are guessing PEACE is going to shrink down to being Hungary, Indonesia, Serbia, Russia and ((I forget the 5th))

Level up faster:  First week is always boring, once you hit lvl 5 you can fight which also gains EP.

When you get to level 5 you can fight but for now the only thing you can do to level up is to train, work, and upload an avatar. PEACE as a group will probably remain but smaller countries won't have mpp's with many countries. When you reach level 5 you will be able to fight and then heal.

imo, you should save up for q2 or q3 house, as they will make the bigger difference.

q2 house- ~6 to 7gold off market
q3 house- ~13gold off market

Medals, working and now surveys on the gold and extra's page. Pretty easy to get a decent house in a month or less.
