Promotion Within Job Question

Say I am a 2.9 Skill and at my job I'm making $3.80

And the Company i am working for has offers for Skill worker 3-3.99

When I get the 3.0 skill level, will I automatically get pumped up to the pay grade of the 3-3.99 skill level, or will I have to quit and apply for that job

Or would just asking the Boss for the pay of a level 3 skill be better/easier

Im currently getting $3.50 and there are jobs out there that are paying 3.81 for my level. And my current job doesn't have any positions beyond skill level 2.99

Is it ok to Whore myself around the industry getting the highest pay, Or should I stick to one business and go from there?

Give it a day, then ask your boss for a pay raise. If that doesn't work, whore yourself out. ;)

Lol I have 4.5 construction skill and usually I whore myself out.  But recently ive been working for McFarland Constructions.

My boss hasn't responded to the past 4 messages of mine over a 2 weeks span.

4 people have left the company

But he has like 70 stockpiled weapons

and over a 1,000 RM (No one has donated anything to the company in the past 2 months, I checked the donations history)

I wish the company could be grandfathered over to me or something. I would really love to run that business

It would be a shame to see it just rot away with all those weapons and stockpile inside

Sounds like you got a future as a street walker. ::) I got fired about 5 times in the first couple weeks. So I decided to just go with the highest wage. I also try to work for American companies. But I have been with the same company for a few weeks now, pays a good wage and the CP working there might mean there's job security.
